Do you accept returns of original pieces?
I allow for a 10 day consignment period to "try out" the piece of artwork you have purchased. If you are not satisfied then the piece can be returned. Please use same shipping materials when returning the piece. Shipping costs must be covered by the client when returning the piece.
Do you provide discounts to designers?
Yes. Designers with a resale certificate receive 20% off retail. Coupon code will be supplied once proof of certificate and business license is supplied.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, I do! Please contact me in the studio by phone (705) 743-1607 or email at me@rozhermant.com for information on pricing and lead times. I love working together with clients to create a piece of work that will fit beautifully into their space. I can generally complete a commission in 2-3 weeks, but sometimes I am busy or on the road. We will work together with regards to subject matter, size, colour and I will provide you with mock ups during the process to make sure you are as excited for your new piece as I am to share it with you.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All of my art pieces ship the cheapest route using Canada Post and Fed Ex. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. All shipments are trackable and I will email you a tracking number upon shipment of your art. Originals are shipped from Canada.
What is your Policy on Damages?
If an original is damaged, then please send me a jpg of the damage. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for the return of the original piece. The piece will be repaired, if possible, or another piece will be created to replace the damaged work. It is also possible to purchase another piece from the inventory to replace the damaged piece.
