This piece is a triptych of images mounted in a 2" deep handmade black shadowbox frame. This body of work began as a series of chronicled moments documenting humans in an environment devoid of any identifying details. By photographing with an unfocused lens, the resulting blurred images exhibit an erasure of texture and surface. I encourage you to engage with the piece and charge these figures with your own memories and experiences.
