Women are constantly negotiating. Sometimes we need to summon the ferocity of a big predatory cat and sometimes we need to tame it.
This mixed media piece features my original photography mounted in a 2" deep handmade black shadow box frame. I paint with translucent india ink and water on the inside of the glass. When the light illuminates the piece, a layer of coloured reflection is revealed.
